Graham Clark, plays acoustic guitar in bookstores, libraries and schools in New York state. Has lots of free downloads. My whole family sings along with him in the car.
P.S. Raffi sucks.

My wife and I grew up with the Singing Science series — long out of print but available here. They Might Be Giants did a cover of “Why does the sun shine?”
Our daughter (now officially a teenager) loved the School House Rock series. She was able to recall, verbatim, the Preamble of the US Constitution because of one of the songs, for a test in school. Too bad, Bush Co. have made that document moot.
Thanks for the link, I will suck them off the web when I get home tonight. Rocketbook often plays the song about friction. I always wondered where that tune came from!
It’s hard to believe ABC TV did away with SchoolHouse Rock for a while. They are the only Saturday morning cartoons I can really remember. The guy who wrote the songs has a few jazz albums. I meant to look him up on Amazon but forgot his name before I could.
I listened to Raffi. My parents had a tape when I was a wee lad. The songs are embedded deep in my brain.
Raffi’s music is something you have to be exposed to early to appreciate. Sort of like Vegemite or peanut butter.
Me, I grew up listening to and watching Mr. Rogers. Does it show?
