Here’s episode two of our recently launched babble-a-thon. A couple of months ago I made a huge mistake at work. The worst I’ve ever made on the job. Funny thing is, it was caused by a very minor error. And I can’t elaborate. But recently, someone else in Japan made just as small of an error that had enormous repercussions.

Keep it up, Rich
You people are so nice it amazes me. I wish ya’ll were inside my head instead of these boisterous, unruly trolls.
With the time difference here it’s like two podcasts in one day 🙂 Keep them coming Rich!
Dude, they were exactly 24 hours apart. Does your planet spin more slowly than ours?
wow, poor guy o.o thats got to weight pretty heavy on your shoulders knowing you caused a multi million dollar loss x.x
but in the end money is what you make of it i guess, just a wordly possesion that we assign meaning to. maybe it helps him sleep at night!
Ever since hearing your first self-introductory podcast way back when, I’ve been charmed with your easy style and manner.
I was happy to discover that you are climbing back into the saddle. These last two episodes sounded good and were thought provoking. I think you have come up with a good recipe here. Looking forward to hearing more!
This is unrelated to the post, but i didn’t know where else to put it: looks like you’re getting pretty famous. I just got back from a trip to Japan, and while i was at Osaka, i visted Yodobashi. Pretty much all the demo Apple computers on display had iTunes open to Podcasts, and your podcats was listed in every single on of them!
Holy. Shit. I’m shocked to hear that it’s no longer just me guerilla promoting my show that way.
It’s been a long time since I’ve checked how many people are subscribed. Now I really don’t want to know.
Nice to have you back. Your absence got me thinking. I wonder how many well subscribed bloggers, podcasters, web-personas etc have a kind of blog-will, whereby they leave passwords and instructions for a final post in case of death/total disappearance… OK, just a thought. Love the 50 podcasts in 50 days idea, really enjoyed the first two, don’t give up!
😛 Well I didn’t see your first podcast right when you uploaded it and I must have seen the second one a little after 12 AM. When you posted your first podcast it was probably from the previous day because you are like a day ahead there from the states.
Thank you for the pod casts. I am stuck myself here in Tulsa,OK and I wish i were living in Japan. your casts are like a little window into where i’d like to be. I like to hear the good and bad of life in Tokyo/Japan. So thank you for the podcasts. Keep ’em coming. Even if they’re 5 minutes, i think up to the minute podcasts are great anyhow. I’d rather see small ones everyday than 1 hour podcasts once a week or once a month…
So thank you rich
