What a brillant marketing strategy. They’ve made the first 24 min. of “A Scanner Darkly” available as a streaming video. More than anything it shows they have confidence in the movie. I hope this is the beginning of a new trend that leads to less piracy for them and less wasted time and money on lousy movies for us.

Yea , it’s sorta cool of them to do that… but did you see the stupid warning at the beginning about video taping off the computer screen? Tells people to turn anyone in who might be seen video taping. Pretty stupid.
I wouldn’t want to see it, I would want to wait and watch the whole movie. But I guess it’s cool for some people.
Also when is there a chance of more podcasts? I love all your podcasts you not only brought entertainment, you helped understand Japan more and escape from daily life in Kankakee, Illinois as a teen! Thanks!
